Brands from all over the world display their wares — from cheese to tea to chips — in the hopes of catching the eye of buyers. I sampled my way through the aisles of the Javits Center and scanned hundreds of products, looking for the ingredients, flavors and categories that could soon find their way into your shopping cart.
