André has experience working in different industries both in operational and consulting roles. He started as a social entrepreneur in Latin America, co-founding and leading one of the biggest education NGOs in Brazil. Later, André worked in different operational and analytics roles for a fintech company in Brazil and a sports platform in Germany.

Before joining Graphene, André was working as an analytics and strategy consultant at an S&P 500 firm. There, he did projects for a myriad of clients from different sectors, from an airline to one of the big tech firms.

With this experience, André joined Graphene Ventures in 2021, to invest and assist early-stage startups to achieve their full potential.
